Payment/Cancellation Policy:

ALL clients must pay in advance before services. ALL clients must provide a credit card on file regardless of cash payments. Cards will not be charged if you want to pay cash! Cancellation Policy: No call No shows will be charged 100% for their whole stay that was booked. If you don’t call to cancel within a 24 hour window you will be charged for 50% of your stay! These terms will not be negotiated!

Provider will assess an insufficient funds fee of $10.00 per item for any returned payment.

Provider will add a finance charge of ten percent per month to unpaid balances after fifteen days.

A $15.00 last-minute booking fee will be applied to each visit scheduled with less than 24 hours of notice.

Provider will assess a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations with less than one week’s notice of a major holiday.
